Operations School was founded in 2019 as a coaching and consultancy to provide entrepreneurs with the education, resources and support needed to learn how to operate their businesses. Since then, Operations School has grown into full service, business service organization reaching hundreds of nonprofit and entrepreneurial leaders each year. Operations School is located in Centric Place, a first of its kind hub for Black arts, culture and entrepreneurship located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

AUTOMATION
Automation is the use of technology applications that perform repetitive tasks for business processes. We believe automation is an essential tool for consistently delivering client results.
DELEGATION
Delegation is the ability to transfer tasks and responsibilities to others. We believe solopreneurs must learn and embrace delegation strategies to position their organizations for growth beyond its founder.
Meet Racheal Allen
President & CEO
As both an accomplished serial entrepreneur and nonprofit executive, Racheal Allen recognized the need for high quality, operations training for startup and nonprofit leaders in metro Detroit. Racheal is a Lean Six Sigma certified operations consultant with nearly 20 years of experience leading high growth organizations.
