COURSE I: GET YOUR BUSINESS LEGIT
Are you a business owner in operation for at least one year looking to get your startup legit? Are you interested in discovering the steps needed to build a solid foundation for your business?
Get Your Business Legit is our signature program that provides startup entrepreneurs with our proprietary business operations roadmap. By the end of this course, you'll have the tools necessary to operate a successful business capable of being competitive in today's market.

Eligibility:
Ideal candidates for this course will meet the following criteria:

​Established business with at least one year of operations completed

Service or product based business located in Wayne, Oakland or Macomb counties

Beyond ideation and revenue generating (this means you are generating revenue, not necessarily profitable)

Participants are available to meet in person for 90% of sessions (only one absence permitted during the six week program period)

In this module, you'll learn how to get your business legal, compliant and eligible to do business as recognized entity.
Module Three:
Get Operational
In this module, you'll learn how to use systems, policies and procedures to establish an efficient, operational foundation.
Module Five:
Get Noticed
In this module, you'll learn how to leverage your brand presence, tell your story and get noticed in even the most crowded markets.
Module Two:
Get Branded
In this module, you'll learn how to make your business look established while establishing an online presence.
Module Four:
Get Profitable
In this module, you'll learn how to price your services, create consistent revenue streams and generate profitability.
Module Six:
Get Scaleable
In this module, you'll learn how to position your business for sustainability and scalability.
