Talisa Norton
Talisa Norton is a wife, full-time mother of two, and co-owner/chief operating officer of All Pro Color, a business she and her husband founded in 2004. All Pro Color provides high-quality, full-color printing services to entrepreneurs, small businesses, political campaigns, churches, and non-profits with a focus on competitive prices and quick turnaround times.

Nicole Kirkland
Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in tax, accounting, CFO support, and business consulting. As the founder of By The Numberz CPA, PLLC, she serves clients nationwide and also offers business education, courses, and coaching through her brand "The Profit-ista."

Kerry Buffington
Kerry Buffington is the Owner/Partner and Human Resources Director of Kapstone Employment Services, a certified woman-owned and minority staffing agency based in Detroit. With over 15 years of experience in HR, she leads the company's efforts in employee development, diversity, and creating a supportive workplace culture, while also serving as the Vice Chair of the Metro Detroit Black Business Alliance.

Kamau Inaede
Kamau, a Detroit native and founder of Warrior Financial Services, focuses on empowering the African American community in wealth creation and generational legacy. With over a decade of experience, he works with individuals and business owners to ensure financial security and chairs Threads for Success, a nonprofit mentoring program for high school seniors. An accomplished musician, Kamau enjoys connecting with like-minded individuals and business owners.

Joe Larussa
Joe LaRussa is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in the industrial, public policy, and non-profit sectors. As the owner of Supremo Consulting & Advisory Services and Mayor of Farmington, Michigan, he is committed to driving positive outcomes and fostering collaboration. With a strong background in automotive manufacturing, strategic leadership, and engineering, Joe also serves on the SEMCOG Executive Committee and Michigan Municipal League Board of Trustees. Outside of work, he enjoys music, sports, and leadership development.

Jehan Gibson Crump
Jehan Crump-Gibson is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Great Lakes Legal Group PLLC, specializing in probate and estate planning, business, commercial, and real estate law. A recognized legal expert, she has been honored multiple times by Michigan SuperLawyers® and serves as a faculty member for the National Business Institute, while also contributing to the Michigan Senate Judicial Advisory Committee.

Brittni Brown
Brittni “Bee” Brown is an award-winning communications and personal brand expert with over a decade of experience as Founder and Principal Publicist at The Bee Agency. Known for blending culture and storytelling, Bee helps socially responsible brands achieve national recognition and 7-figure success while elevating thought leaders and influencers through strategic branding and campaigns.

Attorney Terrence Quinn
Terrence G. Quinn is the founder and President of The TGQ Law Firm, specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law, with over 20 years of experience. A former University of Michigan football player and recognized as one of Michigan’s top attorneys, he chairs the National Bar Association’s Real Property, Trusts, and Estates Section and speaks at legal events nationwide.

April Anderson
April Anderson, a Detroit native and graduate of Spelman College and the University of Michigan, co-founded Good Cakes and Bakes in 2013. Known for its community-focused, organic baked goods, the bakery has earned her recognition in the Clinton Global Initiative and the Detroit Demo Day Competition, along with honors as a James Beard Foundation Chef Boot Camp Alum. She also serves on boards supporting entrepreneurship, including BUILD Institute and ProsperUS Detroit.
